With our proprietary recommendation engine, advanced technology platform and with our growing Luxury Travel Concierge network, we help traveler’s make memories, not plans.
Join us as a Luxury Travel Concierge for our KEY Concierge team. This is a fast-paced selling and service role that reports directly to the Sales and Operations Manager.
Our Travel Concierge is a highly motivated professional with previous sales and guest-facing experience. This role will handle day to day communication with guests planning itineraries. The Travel Concierge reacts to our guest’s requests and curates unique travel experiences.
Duties and responsibilities:
Our Travel Concierge is the primary contact for guest communication via phone, text, email or chat
Ensures all guest outreach reply meets company standard
Leverages in-market contacts to build a network of guest experiences
Play an integral role in fulfilling guest requests including, but not limited to, transportation, accommodations, grocery delivery, private chef, event management and more
Escalates any guest communications successes or challenges to the Sales and Operations Manager
Excels in a selling and feedback-driven culture
Achieves personal sales targets and meets or exceeds individual KPI requirements
Previous experience with Salesforce a plus
Hospitality, customer service or concierge experience required
Deep knowledge of travel and research tactics
Adept at problem-solving solving
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle stressful client interactions in a positive and professional manner
Self-sufficient, highly organized, ability to multi-task and follow-through
Tech-savvy; able to comfortably navigate across evolving systems and platforms
Reliable and punctual
Adaptable to change; excel in an evolving and fast-moving start-up environment
