Steps to Send KEY Your Streamline Token
Step 1
Go to Streamline Admin -> Home Page -> Self Service Onboarding -> “Get Tokens” for KEY.CO within the list. Follow the prompt checkboxes to enable the integration. KEY will be emailed the token set and advertiser ID when you complete this step.
Step 2
Go to Streamline Admin -> Reports Tab -> Integration Reports Column -> Vrbo/Airbnb/PartnerOLB ID Report -> Select KEY.CO from the “Enable Units Per Channel” dropdown -> Generate Report
Step 3
Select the units you wish to integrate with KEY.CO and save with the “Update Setting” button.
Step 4
Streamline will automatically enable any taxes and fees for KEY.CO that are currently enabled for your direct VRBO integration to save time in the setup. This process takes your system about an hour from the time you generate tokens in Step 1. Please review taxes and fees for KEY.CO as a final step. If you are not using VRBO, you will need to manually enable any taxes or fees for the KEY.CO reservation type.
Clients should also review their documents to make sure the proper selections are made for KEY.CO reservation type
